Sleep Apnea

Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder characterized by pauses in breathing or shallow breaths during sleep, often leading to poor sleep quality and daytime fatigue. Wearing a CPAP machine during seep can help by delivering a continuous flow of air through a mask to keep the airway open, allowing for better breathing and improved sleep.
